Head Massage
The head is carrying the brain, the main part of the central
nervous system and four other sense organs - eyes, nose, ears
and mouth.
The neck and shoulders are also connected to the head. And
often it is seen that they are common areas where tensions
are held.
According to Ayurveda daily massage of head improves circulation
towards and away from the head.

Face Massage
The face is known as the mirror of the heart where our emotions
and feelings are expressed. It is often considered the most
beautiful part of our body and we show it to the surrounding
most of the time, but we also hold a lot of tensions in the
face.
Several of our sense organs are situated there and most of
our communication (relating) is done through the face. Hence,
the face with its senses and expressions plays a very important
role in our life.

Content
1. Client’s position, your working positions and the
use of massage table
2. Use of Oil (Sesame or Olive)
3. Relaxation of the client’s body through shaking movements
of head, arms, hands and legs.
4. Head Massage, 10 different strokes
5. Face Massage, 10 different strokes
Timings: 9.30 am – 5 pm (lunch 12-1 pm)
Other: Bring clothes not sensitive for oil massage
