Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Workshop (half-day)
This workshop is to give you hands on experience of what
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is. You will learn how to use oil,
warming up strokes and also some basic stretches. At the end
we will try out some simple strokes for relaxation (working
on head and face).
There will be short demonstrations and then exchanges between
the participants to try out what has been shown.
The workshop is around 4 hours long with a tea-break in-between.
Usually scheduled for an evening or a weekend afternoon.
Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites, but it
is good if you have experienced some bodywork before.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
Introduction Course (1 day)
During this day you will get a good introduction to Ayurvedic
Yoga Massage. The focus is on practical exercises so that
you get as much hands on experiences as possible. There will
be short demonstrations and then exchanges between the participants
to try out what has been shown.
You will learn:
- Basic principles for Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
- Warming up of the body through strokes with oil
- Yoga stretches for different parts of the body
- Relaxing massage (working on head and face)
There will be time for questions and sharing your experiences.
The workshop is mainly held in English but with possibilities
for translation. At the end information will be given about
our basic training in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage.
Timings: usually 9 am – 4.30 pm (lunch 12am-1pm),
on a Saturday or Sunday
Prerequisites: None, unless specified for a specific
event. Please see under schedule to find out. It is generally
good though, if you have experienced some bodywork before.

Training formats
We offer the training in the formats described below. Please

Intensive
Training
- 7 days
- 46 hours of teaching (including 2 evenings)
- practice-clinic in the end of the week
- practice sessions after the training
- practical test after the training
Training
in two parts
- 10 days in 2 parts (5 days each)
- 64 hours of teaching (including 2 evenings)
- practice sessions between the parts
- practice-clinic in the second part
- practical test after the second part
Weekend
Training
- 15 days in 5 seminars (weekends, Fri-Sun, 09.00-17.00)
- 84 hours of teaching
- practice sessions between the seminars
- practice-clinic in the 4th seminar
- practical test in 5th seminar
Certificate/Diploma
- Certificate of participation will be issued at the end
of the training.
Diploma is issued when the following requirements are fulfilled;
* participation in the whole training (including the practice-clinic)
* required practice sessions (documented)
* approved practical test
Other
- During the training you receive massage every day, which
means that you work on your own body as well. So during
the training you can heal and strengthen your body. As it
is deep work the healing goes deep and problems can dissolve
from the root.
- Yoga (self-stretches) and meditations will be introduced
in the training

- Massage therapist or similar skills, introduction day
